The first set of matcha 3pcs came with the incorrect colour, and Mr.Jin responded and recurred to the problem right away! They sent me a replacement with the correct colour and now I'm a big fan of their customer service!
This matcha is absolutely perfect and delicious. It is quite flavorful, even in latte form. Highly highly recommend. Relatively inexpensive compared to other much milder matcha powders.
Very nice shop, not too big, sometimes you “get lost” in bigger shops, prices are competitive too. Recommended!
