A matcha favoured by the Omotesenke Grand Master, Jimyosai. Matcha can be prepared in two traditional styles: "Usucha" (thin tea) and "Koicha" (thick tea), each bringing out different aspects of the tea's flavour.

Hatsu no Mukashi is particularly recommended for Koicha, allowing you to enjoy the deep, rich qualities of thick matcha.
