Matcha Okunoyama
This single-origin matcha comes from the Okunoyama tea garden, which has been cultivated since the Muromachi period. The Okunoyama cultivar is traditionally grown for gyokuro, but its deep green colour makes it ideal for matcha as well. It is also cultivated as tencha for this purpose. With a clean, refreshing taste and a distinct umami flavour, this matcha is smooth and easy to drink without any overpowering notes.
