A matcha favoured by the Urasenke Grand Master, Hounsai Soshitsu. There are two traditional methods of preparing matcha: "Usucha" (thin tea) and "Koicha" (thick tea), each offering a unique experience of the tea's rich flavours.

Seiko no Mukashi is highly recommended for both Usucha and Koicha, allowing you to savour the full depth of matcha’s character in either preparation.
