Matcha Powder Shoun no Shiro Horii Shichimeien 30g
Flavor Profile:
Shoun no Shiro Matcha is a distinguished blend, receiving its name from the revered grand master of Urasenke, Hounsai. Carefully selected tencha leaves from Kyoto Prefecture are meticulously ground to create this high-quality matcha. The name "Shoun" was inspired by the pine tree emblem of the company's former trade name, Matsukazedo. This matcha is ideal for preparing usucha (thin tea) and is perfect for traditional tea ceremonies, offering a refined and authentic matcha experience.
