Aoi Seicha is a long-established matcha manufacturer based in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture—one of Japan’s most renowned matcha-producing regions. Founded in the Taisho era, the company carries a deep-rooted history of matcha craftsmanship. Our family crest, the "Tachi Aoi" (standing hollyhock), is the ancestral emblem that later became the inspiration for the Tokugawa Shogunate’s iconic "Aoi Mon" crest.
